Synopsis

The microseries born to sell the series ‘How Grinchi and Mrs. Claus bloodied Christmas’. 6 chapters of 10 minutes each. Its premise is: If there is a strategy from short to long, why not from microseries to macro?

The authors are two frustrated creators who have just turned down the offer of a lifetime: to commercialize the idea of their script “How Grinchi and Mrs. Claus bloodied Christmas”, but submitting it to the changes and scrutiny of the three producers of the moment. Result: 0.0 desire to keep trying. That night, after the tragic meeting, the fictional characters of the series they are writing will magically appear to make them believe in the project again. But it won’t be that easy, the producers won’t take no for an answer.

Synopsis

An old man with a limp, Khim-Hok, has depended on his wife over the years. They live in an old house on the urban fringe of Taipei. After his wife suddenly passes away, Khim-Hok covers it up and goes on living a seemingly peaceful life. But their long-estranged son and his new partner suddenly appear, so Khim-Hok has to face his wife’s death when the end finally comes.

Synopsis

Pepe arrives at the building, after a marital and business failure. At fifty, he is lost. Fortunately, an old friend gives him the opportunity to live, for a while, in his mother’s old apartment. There he will meet Sara, a young and intelligent woman who comes from an NGO to take care of Leonor. The work has been exhibited in renowned museums such as 1646 Experimental Art Space in The Hague, Netherlands, and CA2M in Madrid, Spain.

Synopsis

As they silently observe those relics belonging to broken relationships, they perceive the nostalgia for an already exhausted feeling, which last throes show them that their journey is a flight forward.

This story is a small x-ray of the sentimental relationships of today’s society, which after completing the first three stages of the natural cycle of a couple, tend to stagnate, due to the lack of common projects, the dictatorship of capitalist desire or the insecurity as a result of affective deficiencies during childhood. It is an intimate and generational drama, told from the point of view of three female protagonists, in which the complexity of human nature and the decadence of love dialogue with the landscape.
